You know that great feeling of driving down the road with your windows down, blasting your favorite song? Well, imagine that times ten… That’s right I’m talking about running. The action of putting one foot in front of the other at a rapid pace, or not so rapid pace for some people *ahem* Noah. Just kidding Noah. Runners high is legit, the amount of adrenaline pumped into your blood will make you feel immortal, albeit for a few seconds and afterward you’ll feel terrible. I encourage everyone reading this post to go jogging for a mile or two, maybe even more if you can, and at the end really push yourself and sprint past the finish line. I promise you, that feeling is godlike. The harsh reality of it, though, is that after the adrenaline is out of your system you will feel like a turd with arms and legs. That made me chuckle.
I am being serious when I encourage everyone to run, walk, jog, gallop, etc. Any aerobic exercise will really get your blood pumping. If I still have too much energy at the end of a day I’ll go running, not weightlifting, as running for an extended period of time is the best energy burner I know. What’s funny is that I recently learned that one of my great-grandfathers, on my father’s side, used to run around the block if he still had too much energy at the end of the day. I never met him, but I’ve heard stories about him that seemed too funny to be true.
So yeah if you could buy my supplements at my website, www.definitelynotascam.com, it would be greatly appreciated. Use my code “itwasn’tmeitwasthecat” for 20% off anything that is sold out!

Cool story but make sure you run in the soccer games and not just around your block when you have too much energy Mr. 'runner's high'.

DeleteSee like maybe I would actually like running if my joints weren't so messed up, but i've overworked them too much.
